I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mylan Inc (Canonsburg, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was no technical interview which was kind of strange. There was something called interview day where around 100 applicants were invited. It was more of a discussion with the hiring managers like we have in university career fairs. Then everyone had 2 HR interviews which basically tested your personality. The hiring process is very lengthy and abrupt at Mylan. There is no defined process/time-frame.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the HR interview, they were asking conventional questions such as describe a project where the team member didn't work and how did you deal with the situation. Most of the questions were situational.

Interview
Very basic behavioral Interview. It began with a phone screening. They then asked me to come in for an interview. It was three rounds of 30 minute interviews. They asked the normal interview questions and just chatted about ourselves. They got back to me within the week. I then had to pass a drug test and sign my papers.

Interview
The interview was somewhat relaxed. The interview was conversational and a little difficult. They want to see what you know about the company, how your past has helped you prepare for this position, etc. Overall, it was a decent interview that helped me prepare for conversations with subordinates throughout my time there.
