The interview process began about a week or two after submitting my application online. HR called me and did a quick phone screening with simple questions such as what my background is, job experience, etc. I was set up for an in-person interview at the office right away. The interview took place within a week of this phone call.
At the office, I first met with the director of the department I was applying for, then I went down the hall to interview with both the training manager and my potential supervisor. In all, I might have spent about an hour at the office for both interviews.
About a day or two later, I received a call back with a job offer to start the following week. It was very quick and easy.
