NECEC interview questions

You should expect a call with HR, and then three more interviews if you get the job. It's going to be long. Everyone here is bandwidth strapped. And the longest period is going to be between applying and getting the first call.

Was interviewed by the Communications Director and VP of Operations at the time. Wanted many examples of how I made a difference in previous positions. Also wanted to know what I would do specifically in the job I was interviewing for to make an impact.
