Assessment Centre: Three exercises, one in a group where you are made to present on a case study with others, one individual face-to-face strengths-based interview, and one written case-study exercise followed by questions from an assessor.

The Stage 2 interview process felt very confusing to me, especially because I couldn't understand how the progress of the assessment was being saved, so that I could come later to complete it. The questions themselves were okay, it's your average interview process.
