Applied online and received interview invitation about a month later. There was just one face to face interview with a panel of 2 people. The interview lasted about 35 minutes and they let me know the outcome about 5 days later.

Diversity questions nothing related to role in total of 3 questions. It was first stage interview but I still think it is incorrect to base you interviewing on diversity and inclusion questions. Not checking anything related to the role?! Is person capeable? P
