Interview
first it was phone screen, then i went a campus interview. I was introduced to several MPs and they presented their works/projects and asked some skills/experience i had. Then, I did a research presentation to about 20 people or so. Met more MPs and some co-worker in the afternoon. I got offer from one MP after 2 days.

The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
