The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (West Des Moines, IA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Submitted my application back in september, didn't receive a call till november. Its a new store, so they were probably trying to collect as many apps as possible. Application consisted of the typical questions and a personality test. After that, its a phone interview, asking about your availability and what customer service means to you and other questions like that. From there, it was probably about a week and I received a call for an interview in person, which was scheduled a week later, on a tuesday. There were 3 interviewers and 8 interviewees in my group. They asked us 4 questions, all experience type questions that everyone answered. I got a background check email 2 days later on a thursday, which was completed by monday, when I received the officially offer. Everyone did paperwork the next sunday and training was thurs, fri, and sat.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you received excellent customer service.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
