Nike has 4 interview steps - first one, with the HR in Amsterdam. This interview was easy and they asked basic questions about your jobs and personality. The interview was settled in a nice way through an email invitation, and ended up with a nice call of 15-20 minutes.
The second interview was with the direct Sales manager . 1 hour interview - they didn't let you know if you move to the next step immediately after the review ends. Afterwards I had an excel test with another interview. In this phase, they are testing your personality with another sales manager (who mentioned few times that they are looking for the best STARS- and made me feel insecure with his attitude). The excel test wasn't too complicated, even though I felt that 1 hour isn't enough for understanding the all big data base with tens of thousands cells and a lot of products& SKUs and create 4 pivot tables & using formulas.
My first impression was very good, but after the third interview I was wondering again.. probably because of the lack of modesty feeling I got from the interviewer..
