I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Gilroy, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
The hiring process was fun overall. I had a good time talking about the benefits of the shoes along with open minded questions to keep a good convo For customers and recommendations to their items along with equipment to give it a great conversation sell.Talking In groups is easier than doing a 1 on 1 .
It was a very straight forward process, interviewers were very nice and made me feel super comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Interview was held over zoom online due to Covid at the time. Overall a good experience
Was not stressfull, didn't take too long. Just make sure to speak up a lot. Use STAR method. Friendly vibe, just try relate questions to personal experiences. Be well mannered and try lead conversations and ideas.
