The interview focuses a lot on who you are and how you work with developers. They want to make sure you are a cultural fit rather than a technical fit, though the portfolio review should highlight your technicality.

Tell us about a time you had a disagreement with someone and how you resolved it.
I didn’t make it past the application review, but I got a response in less than a week that I had not been selected to continue. Overall seemed like they had the application process down.
