Interview
Sent application, resume, and cover letter in to nike's online site. Got a phone call with basic questions about availability. Got put through to a group interview. Two days later got my background check email and two days after that an job offer. Make sure to be yourself and show how much you want the job.
The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Availability. Days you are available in general including holidays. Times you are available.
Everything is online so you just record videos to the questions. You get 3 minutes to record each answer and you can’t retake the video once. You don’t get to interview with a person thanks to the pandemic.
