Met with owner personally, standard interview for a GM spot. He was incredibly passionate and knew his stuff, high restaurant/hotel acumen. Went for an anonymous dinner with the wife. Met with Exec Chef, then took the ob when offered. Salary negotiation was brief. They had a number and I had a number and we agreed quickly.
