NLC interview questions

The interview process could have been more structured. The interviewers did not introduce themselves at the start, and communication was limited at times. Most questions focused on my motivation for the role, and while I shared my background and experience, there were moments when the interviewers seemed occupied and occasionally checked the time. One interviewer had to leave midway due to another meeting, and clearer information about the interview duration would have been helpful. I later received feedback mentioning English, which felt somewhat inconsistent given the communication during the process. Overall, the experience left mixed impressions, and I will likely explore other opportunities in the future.

Quick, brushed process with not enough care put into it. I recommend you focus the first interview in studying the company's work, as it is the main focus, besides the usual: your motives, etc
