The process included an HR interview, a digital interview with the hiring manager, a business case presentation and discussion, a meeting with the CEO, and finally, the offer meeting.and it took around 2 months.

2. I went through two rounds of interviews, but still didn’t learn what the role actually was.
3. Even after two rounds, I didn’t get to speak with any management; the second round was with employees.
4. The whole process felt very disorganized.

Second interview: Focused on technical aspects, like what projects I’ve worked on, my technical experience, and related topics.

Interview
Interview process happens in stages with HR round, Hiring Manager and finally with senior director. First two rounds were good. However senior director of construction was very unwelcoming & not much interested to answer your questions; I felt he is more interested in hiring someone who is more complacent than someone who got opinions.
