Interview
Was basically a pre-defined set of questions. The interviewer identified himself, then asked me to describe my background. After I describe my background by giving a brief history of my background including my last two project the interviewer jump right into the ask and answer process. You could tell that the questions were predetermine based on the was they were asked. I could have heard the keys on the keyboard every time I answered a question. I guess he was logging my answer or if I answered correctly or not.

1 colloquio con HR e 2 colloqui tecnici con due persone diverse, a distanza di 2 mesi tra di loro. Il colloquio con HR è stato positivo, anche il primo colloquio tecnico con domande su esperienza passate. Ma il terzo, persona poco disponibile, non certamente per darti la possibilità di farti illustrare le tue competenze, professionalità, ma con l'intento di metterti in difficoltà con domande assurde.

Interview
Initial Telephone Interview followed by face to face Interview. The overall process took about 2 weeks. Offer was made very next day of the face to face Interview. Interview panel (for me it was my manager) was very professional and put you at ease.
