applied via LinkedIN, had first screening interview with internal recruiter and I've been put forward for interview with Hiring manager. They sounded they are not in the same team, as the recruiter wished me good luck several times as if it was an agency with no power... Interview with hiring manager from USA was very high level, despite positive feedback around skills and experience they didn't want to progress and they haven't provided any feedback. Also, this was the first time I haven't been informed of the salary package during a recruiting process, I have found this very odd, as it is obviously one of the first factors to determine interest in a role. I had the feeling they were very disorganised and a bit desperate to fill the role with someone, also recruiter provided a very different job description compared to the description provided by the hiring manager, overall I was expecting Nvidia to be a lot more professional and organised ,I guess that the organic growth they had in the past few years, and an impact on efficiency, also in the hiring space. Also don't forget it is a US company, so work ethic and values are very different from what we consider in Europe/UK.
