It was okay. The interview is via phone call and we had quick session of introduction. It was quite friendly setting where I introduced myself and then the interviewee explained briefly about the company.

It's casual but still professional which promote better confidence for candidates to express themselves. The interview mostly identifies how the candidate make decisions, convincing others and attract customers behaviour which play big role for this position. They also include session where they directly share insights of the company and what they will expect during their time there. This show good transparency.
