NY Green Bank interview questions

Absolutely terrible interview process. Had about 5 interviews, some scheduled at inconvenient times, each with different members of the team. Completely ghosted by the organization after that. Reached out to the lead interviewers, the HR. No response. This is so unprofessional. You should treat the people you interview, who are taking time off to interview with you, with a lot more respect. Highly discourage anyone from interviewing with this organization.

Had two rounds all on the phone, pretty easy. Asked me my availability for the final interview and then completely ghosted me. A pretty appalling and inappropriate way to conduct business. If this is how they treat candidates I feel like I dodged a bullet…
