Interview
Presented by an external consulting agency. Recruiter believed I was a perfect fit, and the interview lasted only 15 minutes. I met with a Program Manager and IT Manager, discussed infrastructure related projects I had worked on.

None as it was such a quick interview - they asked very specific questions to the project they were filling - specifically have I managed full data center migrations and implementations.

Interview
The interview process was really backwards. I applied online and the hiring manager emailed directly to schedule a phone screen. Then put me in touch with the 2nd hiring manager for the 2nd phone screen. Then the recruiter emailed me separately for an behavior interview and after completing it, the recruiter told me to resubmit my application on their job portal because of a glitch in their system. Sent two follow up emails and I never heard back, not even a rejection email.

initial phone screens (2) + 1 Skype webcam interview before flying me out for in-person interviews with 3 or 4 interfacing dept managers (as this was a new dept, I was the first hire into this new PMO)
