I passed the interview and assessment stages to be told that there wasn't enough spaces at the assessment centre (final stage). There was a large time gap between finding out I was through to the final stage to then being told there wasn't enough space. I found this very disappointing.

Assessment centre included interview, plus role play and group discussion. Interview was brief. I was asked four questions, all in line with the values held by the company. There was only one interviewer so there were delays while they jotted everything down.
