Interviewer was not clear on the job requirements and governance structure of the team and associated work streams neither was clear on a roadmap of engagement on the team and overall job requirements
Initial phone screen with recruiter. She seemed like she was just checking off a list and was not overly engaged in the conversation. I was less than impressed but still would’ve liked to have met with non-HR staff to learn more.

Interview
It was a 4 week interview in the following process, a HR phone interview, then the hiring manager, and team afterwards. They did come back to ask for an an extended interview, which was with other functions.
