Nationwide Children's Hospital Intern interview questions

Straight forward process beginning with a phone interview followed by a panel with HR department. They wanted to know what I hoped to gain out of the internship experience and really see if I was a good fit.

Applied online and was given a phone interview about 3 weeks later. I then met with 3 senior leaders 4 days later and was given the position via telephone 2 hours later. Nothing stood out about the interview process. They were more interested in my interests and why I wanted to work for the organization.
