Talked to 5 people one-on-one, each person told me about their role and asked me different questions. They were very very unorganized. It was in person and took about an hour or so.
Straight forward process beginning with a phone interview followed by a panel with HR department. They wanted to know what I hoped to gain out of the internship experience and really see if I was a good fit.

laid back. not too hard to do. really easy questions, more of a culture fit than anything else. Unpaid position means less stressful interview. i enjoyed the fact that it wasn't too hard to do because i felt as if some of the other places that i had applied and interviewed with took the process far too seriously for an unpaid position.
