The Interview process was very easily organized. The people you speak with look at you as a person rather than just a list of achievements. They are very transparent with what they are looking for/expect from you.

What other companies have you been looking at in the market?
There first round of interviews was pleasant overall. I did find one question during the interview to be very unique. They asked if you could be any animal what would it be and why.
