First was psychometric test which i passed then I was called for interview by the recruiter he was very warm and asked few questions but since it was a holiday time i also meet the senior manager in HR she was very good .More than getting a job the way she explained about the comoany and people and culture was so nice. With 12 years experience this i still remember she said it is not important we as a employer like you but you as a candidate should also be sure and like the company.And seeing the profile of the HR team and sales people on linkedin i felt though this comany is in animal business the people working here coming from B-Schools IIM and all.Next round i was asked to meet again Head of HR he was also a knowledgeable person.After that was the head of sales he was a very senior guy and asked very relevant questions about work and business.After which i was told considering my experience and role i might take some time to get to that role.
