Navenio interview questions

Well structured 4-step interview process. Not very difficult or very easy, but enough to evaluate your skills. 3 face to face interviews with questions about your previous positions and interests and technical questions, and 1 open ended programming project.

Communications prior to interview were mixed, some clear and comprehensive, however interview time changed last minute due to internal availability causing some confusion. The interviews themselves consisted of a multi stage process engaging with multiple teams from across the business. The second interview included a task to demonstrate skill set.
