I met a Priniciapl from the firm, who invited me to be an intern. I had one individual interview with a manager, followed by a brief (15 minutes maybe) group interview with principals in several areas. Because this was an interview for an intern position, it was probably not as rigorous as it might be for higher positions.

Got an email from an alumni said that they were hiring an intern at LA office. They called me for a phone screening about one week after I submitted the online application. It was not difficult, just some general questions asking about your background and experiences, and how they match the position. No offer.
