NeoBIM interview questions

The technical assignment required several hours of work, which I completed carefully and submitted on time. After that, I received a rejection without any explanation. I reached out to request feedback and was told it would be shared later, but it never was. While I understand not every candidate can move forward, asking for a multi-hour assignment and then providing no feedback shows a lack of respect for the candidate’s time. Transparency and communication during hiring are just as important as technical evaluation.
