I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nestlé USA (Glendale, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
Nestle does a phone interview with the recruiter followed by a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. If you make it past this step, they bring you back for an interview with other managers and to meet the "team". They might take a long time to get back to you, depending on the hiring manager. They value strong academics and a lot of experience.
