Interview
The interviewers are very friendly. However, they ask challenging yet interesting questions. They want to assess your ability to think outside the box. Also, they check your communication skills. Just a tip, be confident and certain with your answers. If you are really sure with your answer, then don't be afraid to defend it. Just a little practice and you will be able to ace it.

Interview
Long process yet systematically designed from email invitation up to final interview. The first part of the process is the online exams, next is phone interview to check your background and to discuss if you are qualified for the next step which is the Team Leader Interview. The interview consists technical assessments re: Accounting. The the last step (if you passed the previous step) is interview with a Manager, just a casual discussion to assess your fluency in English.

Interview
Long waiting period, but interesting interview questions. Pre employment exam will be given first before the initial interview. For interested applicants, review first before taking the exam, make sure you are prepared since the exam was a bit tricky, but most items were basic, hardest items were in the last part. Best if you have other friends/batch mates to apply. For me the entire interview process was good.
