I was referred by an employee and was called in for the exam and initial interview. A few days after the initial interview, I was informed that the exam results came in and that a second interview would be taking place, possibly followed by a third interview afterwards. The second interview was conducted by peers and the third interview was conducted by the managers. The following days were mostly submission of requirements and checking of references. Once all of that was completed, they provided an offer and the contract signing was held after I accepted the offer.
