I applied in November 2017, got a call in January asking if I was available for a phone interview. Had a phone screen that lasted 20 minutes. That was followed by an in person interview a few days later with four people, it was a panel interview. Each of the interviewers took their time asking questions and the in person lasted 45 minutes, was scheduled for an hour. Mostly technical questions, as per the nature of the role, but a few project based and behavioral questions. They were very straightforward and straight to the point. At the end of the interview I had to do a roleplay pretending to be an angry customer writing an email to customer support. I would say it was the most difficult interview that I have been on, but definitely worth it because Oracle is amazing.
