I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Beverly Hills, CA)
Interview
I had a great interview experience with Netflix - honestly the best interview I've ever had. They were quick with their decision and didn't make me wait months to find out either way. The conversations were informative and more conversational than interrogating. They do have a more difficult interview style than most companies but I think that's because they really want to find the right person and want to make sure you know it's the right fit as well.
Make sure you read the culture deck, it's a great representation of the company's culture and you'll need to know it well to make an informed decision if this is the place for you.

The interview process was long. I met with folks individually, 5 in total, which made the process drag due to fluctuating schedules. After final interview, result was quick. ~ 2 days.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Seoul) in Sept 2024
Interview
Liked me at my first interview but didn't give any follow up progress for 2 months. Told me to wait until assigned manager could schedule 2nd interview but never did, and got denial.
Much more extensive than any other interview process I've ever taken part of. 5-6 rounds of meeting anywhere from 1-3 people per round. Each round was minimum 1 hour long. Was assigned hypothetical questions intended to test my knowledge in the industry.
