Engaging thorough conversation about the company and its aims. Felt engrained in the process throughout. Met with a wide range of people across the department which was always good to have as a feeler for the company.
It's vigorous but conversational and pleasant. Getting an interview is the hardest step, so if you're there, be proud! Be efficient and clear about your previous experience, your strengths and weaknesses and what aspires you to join the team!

Interview
I received an email for an interview. Then I was given a deck of the comapny philisophy and vision that I needed to prepare for my interview. The conversation with the recruiter took approximately 30 minutes. We discussed a few items in the review deck and it felt positive, but then I never heard from them again.
