Neurological Wellness Association interview questions

Applied online. I received a call the next day from a recruiter who conducted an on-the-spot phone interview. Very basic questions regarding previous fundraising experience and any "health" related fields. I received another call later that day with a job offer. I was then contacted by the CEO with a contract.

Brief interview over the phone with CEO. He was driving while conducting the interview and heard about my fundraising experience and hired me right away. No tricky questions. Quick and easy. No in person interview.
