I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New Age Meats in Jul 2021

Interview

Interview experience was all via zoom. The first screening call was with the recruiter then two Executive interviews followed by one with the CEO. It was a great experience and I had a good feel for the role and company environment.

Recruiter reaches out to screen then weeks later a follow up with an executive, followed by another long gap and a very rude encounter with the CEO Brian Spears-Rude and dismissive. I am glad there are dozens of jobs on the market. Life is too short to work for rude, inconsiderate people. The interview process is a two-way street. It would behoove companies to think of this.

Standard, nothing interesting I get the feeling the company doesn't know what they're looking for in an EA. I am sure it is impossible to please the CEO. He was rude!
