HR phone screen was simple and felt very conversational. She asked the basic questions such as why I wanted to work there, etc. Next steps in the process seemed somewhat vague but it seems that they have a short process for interviewing and hiring.

Lengthy interview process as they work through ensuring every candidate understands fully what is required of the job- this includes explaining the lengthy commutes required sometimes, hours and emotional nature of the work.
