Be well spoken and know the product. There is a lot of change at this facility so be flexible with duties as well as procedures. They are ever changing due to the competition.
1 interview over the phone with a lady who sounds high out of her mind. 1 interview over zoom. 1 interview in person, and they STILL won’t hire you or have you sign paperwork. Took 2 weeks to call me to offer the position, and I still haven’t even signed my paperwork to begin a CORI check. Takes 4 weeks minimum for background checks to even come through before I can come into the facility as a worker and get paid.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle a situation such as losing a pre-roll or a vape cart?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at New England Treatment Access (Franklin, MA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The first part of the interview is a questionnaire sent to you via email. From there it is a phone call interview with someone from Human Resources. After that, you go in to the facility and have an interview with 2 other people interviewing with you, and about 3 to 4 supervisors from different departments. After that, you get a 1 on 1 interview with the leader of your specific department.
