I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New London Architecture (London, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
I received an initial screening call followed by a video interview with a team member. The video call went well and was pleasant, but I didn't hear back for two weeks. Only after following up did I receive a lengthy rejection email with no feedback. I responded asking for feedback on my application to understand where I stood in terms of skills and what they required, but I received no response.
It's frustrating not to receive even a one-sentence explanation about the skills I lacked that led to the decision to move forward with other candidates. I'm left in the dark.

Interview
I applied for the Programme Coordinator position at the London Festival of Architecture by submitting my application online. I was then invited for a first-round interview where we discussed my qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.

Question 1
Why NLA? What do you know about the festival and what will be your challenge?
The interview was relaxed and easy. They made sure I was comfortable by asking generic question and the questions asked regarding the job. Initially they explained the role and provided a brief job description. Then they asked if I am flexible with my timings and how much I expect.
