New School Foods interview questions

Received an email from the HR screener and went on a virtual interview with them. They seem confused about what they want, not clear if it's a brand manager or a business developer. Tiny company without proven products on the market, very risky to work at, especially with such lack of clarity on their goals and needs. HR then ghosted me and never answered my follow up emails.

The first few interviews went well, however, the email communications with the HR could be better; more transparent and responsive. I was told that I would be informed of the next stages, but never heard from them since.
