Initial phone call and then in person interview with the unit director. Process took over one month with multiple reference checks and background checks. Interviewed in July, started in September
A very friendly and motivational environment. I did not feel intimidated, instead it felt great answering my questions and I was given a chance to elaborate on my achievements and what I could continue to do to excel more.
