I was contacted to have a screening interview on zoom with the HR recruiter first. Then I scheduled an in person interview with the unit director for the following week. All those I spoke to were very welcoming and transparent about the process.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
Interview
I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.

Quick zoom interview, It was with 3 people, Two from HR and a Nurse director of the unit. They asked the basic questions. It was a quick 15 minutes and did not seem like they were interested to begin with,
