It took place online via zoom in Dec 2021. Two managers from the department interviewed me, who were were welcoming and friendly. The interview was informal and they did their best to put me at ease. The questions weren't too difficult to answer- mostly regarding adult safeguarding, which was the department I applied to. I had to do a short admin task on Word to show my level of Literacy skills, typing speed and ability to summarise.
