1 week take home assignment, 1 hour interview with an engineer in the dept. 1 hour interview with the cofounder. Both interviews were technical. Take home assignment was related to deep learning/RL.

I had to write an assignment, then had three rounds of interviews with the management. I did not understand the need for asking me to pitch several story ideas when this company does not do journalism and is essentially content writing. The last round with the co-founder was confusing because I couldn't understand why she wanted me to answer how 'she' thinks. Pro tip: If you want to get hired, be pro-AI and make sure you don't have a differing opinion from the final boss. Though looking at the negative reviews here, it explains why
