Initial phone screen. Then a teams call with the department manager. Call with manager was pleasant and not too technical. Next steps were another interview with other team members. Good luck experience.
Very unprofessional overall; interviewer was late and in sweats. Asked questions easily answered by a quick read of my resume, then said they’d set up a second call. Instead, received an automated rejection email a few hours later. If they run the bank like they do interviews, it’s no surprise they are rated so poorly by employees.
