I applied in July. Eventually I had a phone interview than a month later I had an interview with the hiring manager. The process seemed unnecessarily long with no clear path forward.

Interview
Applied online and then scheduled a phone interview about a week later. I hadn't heard back from them, so I followed up via email and was told I'd hear from them soon, but things were taking longer because of the holiday. I did not. Several weeks passed and I didn't hear anything so I automatically assumed I didn't get it. Finally got a generic, auto rejection email. PS - don't ask about the negative Glassdoor reviews. Apparently HR knew nothing about them - good job.

Interview process at the time was pretty easy and smooth. The questions at the time both geared towards finding out your skill level as well as your character as that was important for them to maintain a positive work culture.
