Pros
All the pros to this company are in the past. It used to be a fun place to work, with team building events and outings. Culture was great, now there isn't any. Great people worked there. All the best people got let go early in 2023 - all of sales, all of tech/dev/product, and the good part of marketing. It's a mess of a company.
Cons
Frequent layoffs Pay lower than industry No raises (4% max raise when the COLA for that year was 8.7% - but I guess that goes hand-in-hand with the mass layoffs) Look at the reviews from 2023. Most are bad. Why? Loads of layoffs starting in January. Company changes direction every few months. Then the layoffs start. Stability went out the window. If you are looking at a job there, I don't recommend taking it. If you absolutely need a job, take it. But don't stop looking for another.
