I applied for two job positions in Nexi, but I was contacted for this role.
Had a first screening with HR, and they explained me the role, but I think they didn't have a clear idea about what management was looking for. In fact, I had a second interview with a manager and he clearly explained that they were looking for someone already very knowledgeable about ITIL processes and governance (and in the first interview I made it clear that I didn't know very well ITIL framework, even though I know what it is).
