They really have no process at all. As a group they are disorganized and inefficient. The CEO can best be described as disingenuous as evidenced by his lack of respect, inability to follow up, keep appointments and cancel appointments on short notice. On more than one occasion the CEO and other high level staff contradicted each other, in writing, about the "process", feedback, compensation, etc. They asked for some things in writing from me, for which time and effort was made, and then the CEO tells me that he refused to read it.
