I went around 4 stages of this process 1) Telephone Screening by Recruiter 2) Telephonic Technical Screening two (2) rounds 3) Telephonic Discussion for Final Discussion all above went on well and finally got my offer - All rounds were very satisfying and those 2 technical rounds has good and real time questions which I was working before in my previous company.
